Navigating Career Transitions
Things have been feeling really overwhelming lately. I’m in the middle of a job search after leaving my last position in September, and I’m honestly feeling all kinds of pressure. I still have some savings to rely on, but they won't last forever, and the uncertainty makes it tough to think clearly. I have a couple of interviews lined up, which is great, but they come with that gnawing anxiety about ‘what if I really mess this up.’ There's one in particular this Thursday that I’ve been looking forward to but, I can’t shake this nagging worry about being stuck in a role that doesn't feel like where I should be. Beyond just the job hunt, I’ve been wrestling with what my career trajectory should even look like. Am I on the right path? I’ve been doing this for almost five years, and sometimes it feels like I’m drifting instead of growing. I really want to find a position that not only fits my skills but also brings fulfillment. It’s a lot to navigate alone right now, and I’d appreciate any prayers for clarity and strength in this season. Grateful for all of you.
