Navigating Career Transitions

I’ve been feeling weighed down by my job situation lately. I'm at a crossroads and really struggling with a decision about whether to stay where I am or take a leap into something new. I've had this gnawing sense of discontent, and honestly, the stress at work feels overwhelming some days. I've been applying to new positions but haven't received any responses yet, which is discouraging. I’m trying to trust the process, but the uncertainty is tough.
