Healing and Clarity

Lately, I've been dealing with these really intense anxiety episodes. They’ve gotten so overwhelming that I struggle to focus on daily tasks and even make decisions. I don’t have a solid plan for managing this and it's been so frustrating. Honestly, I'm trying to hold on, but it feels like this cloud is hanging over me all the time. I have an upcoming appointment next week, and I’m praying it leads to some clarity or effective solutions. Please pray for my mental peace and that I can find ways to navigate this.
