Struggling with Financial Worries

I'm feeling really overwhelmed with my finances right now. After unexpected medical bills and a car repair last month, I'm looking at about $4,500 in debt that I just can’t seem to make a dent in. My income is tight, and I constantly worry about making ends meet each month for the basics like groceries and utilities. I know I’ve been blessed in many areas, but the weight of this anxiety consumes me. I have a great opportunity to pick up extra shifts next month, but I’m also wary of stretching myself too thin. Prayers for wisdom in managing my finances and peace in my heart would mean so much to me.
