Struggling with Chronic Pain

I’ve been dealing with chronic pain in my lower back for over a year now, and it’s been really tough. I thought it was just a phase, but it’s affecting my everyday life more than I’d like to admit. Simple tasks like sitting at my desk for work or even going for a walk have become challenging. I've been to physical therapy, tried medication, and nothing seems to provide lasting relief. Honestly, it’s draining my energy and spirit. I have an appointment with a specialist next Tuesday, and I’m feeling a mix of hope and fear. I want to find answers but also worry about what they might tell me. I could really use prayers for wisdom and guidance in this situation because I’m not sure what to expect next. It’s hard to find motivation when you’re in constant pain, and it feels isolating sometimes. Just hoping for a little light in this darkness and some support to help me navigate through this.
