Struggling with Chronic Pain

I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain since May, and it’s really starting to take a toll on my daily life. There are days I can barely get out of bed, and I feel like it’s affecting my mental health too. I don’t want to spiral down into feeling hopeless, but some days it feels overwhelming. I’ve tried physical therapy, but the sessions are only helping a bit. I finally have an appointment with a pain specialist next week, and I’m hopeful they can provide a new strategy for managing this. I also have a lot on my plate right now, with work deadlines approaching and family responsibilities to juggle. Honestly, I’m feeling a bit lost and drained, especially at night when the pain keeps me awake. I really appreciate any prayers for strength to get through this tough season and for clarity at my appointment. I want to be present with my kids and not let this pain define my days.
