Struggling with Chronic Pain

I'm feeling overwhelmed right now. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for over a year, and it’s affecting everything. I've tried various therapies, but nothing seems to bring long-term relief. Please pray for strength and for the right treatment to finally bring me some peace and the ability to be more active with my family.
