Struggling with Chronic Fatigue

I'm dealing with this relentless fatigue that just won’t quit. It’s been going on for about four months, and it’s messing with everything—work, social life, even my basic daily tasks. I went to the doctor, and they're running tests but it’s taking longer than I expected. Honestly, I’m feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because I don’t know what’s causing it. I could really use some prayer for strength and clarity during this uncertain time. I just want to be able to engage with life again without feeling exhausted all the time.
