Struggling with Anxiety and Health

I've been dealing with intense anxiety for the past few weeks, and it's starting to impact my daily life. It feels like I'm carrying this heavy weight—trying to balance work, my family, and everything else while also navigating constant worry. To make it even harder, I have a follow-up appointment on Friday for some tests regarding my heart health. It's left me feeling pretty scared and unsure.
