Struggling with Anxiety and Healing

I’ve been dealing with some intense anxiety lately that’s really impacting my daily life. It feels overwhelming sometimes, like a weight I can’t shake off. I know this sounds crazy, but it’s affecting my sleep and even my appetite. It’s hard to focus on work and the future when my mind is racing. I’m trying new coping strategies, but it feels so exhausting. I want to regain a sense of peace and joy in my life.
