Struggles with Chronic Pain

I've been dealing with chronic back pain for the past six months. It feels like a never-ending cycle of medicine and doctor visits, and honestly, I'm at my wit's end. I'm trying to stay positive, but some days it gets hard to keep my head up. I have physical therapy coming up on Wednesday and I'm nervous about if it will actually help. Please pray for relief and healing. I'm tired of feeling like this, and I really just want to enjoy my life without being in constant discomfort.
