Seeking Guidance in Career Transition

I'm in a tough spot right now regarding my career, and honestly, it's weighing heavily on me. After years in my current job, I've been feeling a pull towards something different, something more aligned with my passions . A year ago, I thought I’d found my path with a promotion, but now it just feels like a dead end. I have a couple of interviews lined up next week that I hope will lead me to a more fulfilling role. Please pray for clarity and peace as I navigate these options, and for the confidence to communicate my worth during these interviews. There’s also a lot of stress at work right now leading to sleepless nights. I’m doing my best to stay positive, but with constant deadlines and shifting demands, it's hard not to feel overwhelmed. I know what I want, but sometimes it’s tough to see the way forward, and I really need to remind myself that God has a plan for me — one that may even go beyond the office. It’s hard to embrace uncertainty, but I trust that any steps taken now will lead me in the right direction. Thank you for your prayers and support.
