Seeking Guidance in Career Changes

This past year has been a whirlwind. I’ve been in the corporate world for over a decade, and with everything that’s transpired, I'm now looking at possibly making a major career shift. I applied for a position that aligns more with my passions. It's at a non-profit that does incredible work, and the interview is set for this coming Wednesday. I can’t shake the fear of failure, especially since I’ve been at my current job for so long. What if I don’t fit the new environment? On top of that, the stress at my current job is weighing heavily. The demands keep piling up, and honestly, I feel like I’m running on empty most days. I’m doing my best to balance everything, but it’s really tough when I’m not sure if I’m even in the right place. Please pray for clarity as I navigate these important decisions. I desperately want direction and courage whether it’s to pursue this new opportunity or find peace at my current job. I trust that God knows where I’m meant to be, but I could really use some divine encouragement right now. Thank you for lifting me up. It means so much.
