Need for Family Unity

Things have felt really heavy in our family lately. My two kids, Jamie and Alex, seem to be at each other’s throats constantly, fighting about everything from video game time to chores. Honestly, it’s exhausting and heartbreaking to see them struggle to get along when I know how much they used to share and bond over. Sometimes I worry that if they don’t resolve this soon, they’ll drift further apart and miss out on a strong sibling relationship that could carry them through life. On top of that, my parents are facing some health issues that have been increasingly challenging to manage. It’s tough watching them age and not having the energy they used to, especially when they need so much support. Balancing their needs with the chaos at home has been overwhelming, and I’m trying to hold it all together, but some days, it feels like I’m failing at both ends. I’m asking for prayers for peace and unity within my family. That my kids find compassion and understanding for each other, and also that my parents feel supported and loved during this tough time. Thank you for being a community I can lean on during this stressful season.
