Navigating Grief and Loss

This past month has been really tough after losing my sister unexpectedly. Some days I feel okay, just a dull ache in my heart, while on others, I can hardly breathe thinking about our last conversation. It's hard to concentrate on work; my mind just drifts off, and I find it difficult to commit to things. I’ve heard that grief comes in waves, and I’m still trying to ride those waves without feeling overwhelmed. Seeking comfort and peace during this time would help more than I can express. Also, just prayer for strength to find healing through all this. Thank you.
