Navigating Family Tensions

There's been a lot of stress between me and my sister lately. Honestly, it all started during a family dinner last month and things have just spiraled since then. We exchanged some harsh words that have left us both feeling hurt and isolated. With the holidays coming up, I’m really worried about how it will affect the family gathering. I don’t want to feel that tension every time we’re together, and I also don’t know how to approach her to make things right.
