I've been struggling with some persistent chest pain that started about a month ago. Initially, I brushed it off as stress, but it hasn’t gone away, and now I find myself feeling anxious about it. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for Thursday, but it feels overwhelming to even talk about what might be happening. Also, I worry about sharing this with my family so they don’t panic.
