Healing Relationships and Community

I've been feeling a bit disconnected lately, and honestly, it weighs on my heart. The past few months have been tough with a lot of changes in my circle, and I feel that loneliness creeping in more often. I know friendships ebb and flow, but the few close friends I had have become more distant. I miss the laughter and warmth of those connections. I’ve reached out a few times, but I feel like maybe I’ve worn them down or they are simply moving on. This coming month, I’m hoping to really make an effort to reconnect. I have a lunch planned with Sarah next week and a coffee chat with Lisa the week after. I know that I can be proactive, but I'm struggling to find the right words to break the ice. I want to re-establish those bonds and also open my heart to new friendships. Please pray that I have the courage to reach out, the wisdom to mend what might be broken, and the patience to adapt to this time of uncertainty. I truly believe meaningful connections can bring healing, and I need all the support I can get to find my way through this.
