Healing from Grief and Loss

This past month has been incredibly hard for me. I lost my older sister unexpectedly, and the weight of that loss feels unbearable. She was my confidant and support system, and now there’s a huge hole in my heart. Every day is a struggle to process this feeling of emptiness and sadness, especially with the holidays approaching. I'm trying to find ways to honor her memory, but I often feel overwhelmed. I don’t want to shut everyone out, but it's hard to share this pain. Please pray that I can find comfort and healing through this, and that I can remember the joyful moments we had together without being consumed by sorrow.
