Healing and Strength for Recovery

I've been struggling with severe anxiety for the past year, and it's been really tough on my daily life. I'm scheduled for therapy on Thursday, but some days, I can barely get out of bed. If you could keep me in your thoughts and prayers for peace and strength during this time, I'd be so grateful. I really need to feel hopeful again.
