Gratitude for Blessings and Milestones

There’s so much on my heart right now. Looking back over the past year, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I’ve seen God’s hand in the little things—like the support from friends during my health struggles, especially after my tough recovery from that hip surgery back in May. Reconnecting with old friends recently has been such a blessing. We shared laughter and stories over coffee last Saturday, and it felt like a warm hug for the soul. Also, my youngest, Jake, just graduated high school and is off to college next month. Can you believe it? This transition is both exciting and nerve-wracking. I'm thankful for the people who helped guide him through school as he embraced each challenge. As we prepare for this next chapter, I feel a mix of joy and a little sadness as I let him spread his wings. I’m asking for prayers of peace for both of us, especially as he steps into this new adventure. I know God has big plans for him. Lastly, I’ve been reflecting on milestones—both personal and familial—and realizing that despite many twists and turns, God has been faithful. I want to celebrate that. Please pray with me as I continue to embrace this season, cherishing these moments and seeking guidance to step forward with grace.
