Finding Peace in the Midst of Anxiety

I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately. The pressure from work has turned into constant worry; I find myself second-guessing every decision and feeling on edge, especially with a big presentation coming up next week. I know I should trust that everything will work out, but it’s hard to shake off this anxiety. My family’s counting on me to stay focused, but some days I just feel defeated.
