Finding Peace Amidst Anxiety

I’m feeling really overwhelmed lately. Work has been non-stop, and with the kids’ activities ramping up, it feels like there’s no time to breathe. I’ve been struggling with anxiety, especially at night when my mind races with worries about everything — finances, deadlines, and just trying to keep it all together. It’s hard to find peace when every little thing feels like a mountain. I need to trust more, but honestly, it’s tough. Just asking for prayers to find some calm in the storm and to lean into faith instead of fear. I want to feel a sense of peace again and know that things will work out.
