Battling Anxiety and Fear

The pressure has been weighing me down lately, and I feel like my mind is racing with worries. Work is demanding a lot, and on top of that, I'm dealing with some family issues that I can't seem to shake off. Just yesterday, I had a panic attack that left me feeling drained and a bit lost. I keep replaying what could go wrong, instead of trusting that everything will work out as it should. I would deeply appreciate prayers for peace of mind and the strength to surrender my worries. I need to trust that God’s got this, even when I can’t see the way forward clearly.
