Struggling with Ongoing Health Issues

I could really use some prayer right now. I've been dealing with severe arthritis in my knees that's making it hard to get around, even simple things like going for a walk or getting up from a chair. I feel like I'm letting my family down because I can't be as active as I'd like. The pain has been chronic for a few months now, and I’m worried it might be getting worse. I’m also anxious about an upcoming appointment on Friday where I'm hoping for some new treatment options. I really want to feel better and enjoy life again, but I need God’s strength and guidance through this. Thank you.
