Struggling with Financial Anxiety

Lately, I've been feeling so overwhelmed about my finances. With about $10,000 in credit card debt and unexpected expenses popping up, I’m not sure how to make it all work. I know I need to be wiser with my spending and focus on budgeting, but the pressure is making it hard to breathe.
