Struggling with Chronic Pain

I’ve been dealing with these persistent back issues for months now, and it’s starting to wear on me. I can barely sit or stand for long without pain shooting through me. I’m trying to manage my responsibilities at home and support my family, but it's getting really tough. Could you pray for relief and some guidance from my doctor? I really need some answers.
