Seeking Peace Amidst Anxiety

I’m in a place of pretty overwhelming anxiety right now. Work has been really stressful lately, and I’m facing some big decisions that are weighing heavily on my mind. Just last week, I had a meeting that left me feeling drained and unsure of my contributions. It’s hard to shake the worry that I’m not measuring up or making the right choices. My heart feels heavy, and I find myself tossing and turning at night, which isn’t helping my stress levels. Beyond work, life changes are on the horizon—my daughter is moving across the country for a new job, and while I’m excited for her, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of loss. This transition brings a mix of pride and sadness, and my thoughts race with what-ifs. It feels like everything is shifting, and I’m struggling to find my center in the chaos. I know I should trust God through these times, but clinging to that faith feels harder than ever. I’d love prayer for clarity and peace of mind as I navigate both my work and my family dynamics. I really want to let go of this weight, to trust in God’s plans, and find rest amidst the uncertainty.
