Seeking Guidance in Career Decisions

Things have been pretty overwhelming at work lately. I’ve got this project that's coming up on Thursday, and I feel like I’m just barely keeping my head above water. The deadlines are tight, and I’m starting to doubt if I’m really cut out for this role. Honestly, I’ve been wondering if this path is what I’m truly meant to be doing. I can see myself wanting to switch gears, but every time I think about it, I get anxious about starting over. Meanwhile, I’ve been applying for some new positions that really excite me, but the waiting is nerve-wracking. I had a phone interview last week, and I felt good about it—but now it’s been radio silence, and I’m just praying it doesn’t mean anything bad. I guess I could really use clarity and peace about where I should go next. It would mean so much if I could focus on doing meaningful work that aligns with my skills and passions.
