Seeking Community and Connection
Lately, I've been feeling pretty lonely and it's been hard to reach out to friends. I’ve lost touch with a few close ones who meant a lot to me, especially after a tough year with family health issues. I’m really hoping to reconnect with them but not sure how to start. I also feel like I need new community connections, as it’s been hard to find my place since the kids are older and off doing their own things.
