Prayers for Global Peace and Justice
Lately, I can't shake the heaviness in my heart over the unrest in the world. I find myself thinking about the heartbreaking violence in places like Ukraine and the suffering of the innocent, especially women and children who bear the brunt of conflict. Every news story seems to highlight the struggle for justice, and I feel so small in the face of it. With everything going on, I just want to pray for peace to sweep through our troubled lands, for leaders to seek justice over self-interest. I'm also particularly burdened for the persecuted believers in countries where faith can lead to imprisonment or worse. It feels overwhelming at times, but I trust in the power of collective prayer to bring about change.
