Navigating Heartbreak and Grief

This week has been incredibly tough for me. I lost my grandmother last Sunday, and I can barely breathe without feeling this weight of sadness pressing down on my chest. I used to visit her every Saturday, listening to her stories and sharing laughter. Now, there's an empty space in my heart and my life where she used to be. I know she’s in a better place, but the loss feels so heavy. I’m struggling to process everything and find ways to cope without feeling overwhelmed. I have my friends and family, but sometimes it feels like no one truly understands the depth of this pain. I find myself getting lost in memories, and while those moments bring comfort, they also amplify the ache. I could really use prayer for strength to face the days ahead, for healing in my heart, and clarity to navigate this dark time. I’m also hoping to feel more connected to her in my own ways, perhaps through the traditions we shared. Thank you for being there, and for any prayers. They mean a lot.
