I'm feeling overwhelmed lately with everything going on in my family. My oldest is struggling with anxiety, and it's really weighing on me. He’s got major tests coming up this month that he’s stressed about, and I just want to help him find peace. Meanwhile, my parents are aging, and I recently learned my dad's health is declining more quickly than we expected. We’re trying to navigate care decisions as a family, but it feels like no one is on the same page. Honestly, I just need wisdom and strength to guide us through these rough waters.
