Navigating Daily Anxiety

Lately, I've been feeling this constant knot of anxiety that sticks around most of the day. It’s overwhelming at work, and even simple tasks feel daunting. I know I need to take it one step at a time, but it’s hard. I could really use prayers for peace and clarity, especially as I approach a big meeting next week. Thank you.
