I’ve been struggling with some health issues lately that have really thrown me off balance. My doctor recently diagnosed me with arthritis in my knees, which makes simple movements painful. It’s been a tough adjustment, especially since I’ve always valued staying active. I feel like I’m in a battle with my own body right now. The pain has been wearing me down mentally, too. I know stress and anxiety can make things feel worse, but some days it’s hard not to spiral. I’m trying to navigate this without losing my spirit, but it’s frustrating. I have an appointment next Tuesday with a specialist to discuss treatment options, which could change things for me. I’d appreciate prayers for wisdom for both me and the doctor in deciding the right course of action. Also, I’d love some encouragement to stay hopeful and to find peace amidst all this uncertainty. I believe in the power of prayer and community, so I’m reaching out for that support. Thank you.
