Healing from Heartbreak and Loss

Not sure how to say this, but I lost my grandmother last week. She was my rock, and I’m really feeling the weight of that absence. With everything that’s been going on – work stresses and just the ups and downs of life – this feels like a lot to handle all at once. I spent every summer with her, and now I’m left with so many memories that bring both joy and pain. I’m trying to remember all the laughter and love, but it’s hard when the grief hits me out of nowhere. I keep thinking about the last time I saw her. We sat together watching the sunset, and she told me to chase my dreams. I wish I could pick up the phone and hear her voice again. It’s almost surreal, like I’m still expecting her to call. So, if you could pray for me, I would really appreciate it. I’m seeking peace and comfort as I navigate this new chapter without her. I just want to honor her memory and also find a way to heal. I believe this journey will take time, and I want to embrace that, but some days I really struggle. Thank you for holding me in your thoughts.
