Healing Broken Friendships

I've been feeling so disconnected from some close friends lately, and it's been weighing on me. There's one friend in particular, Lydia, that I had a falling out with last month over something really silly. I miss her so much and it's hard to navigate this loneliness. It just hurts not having that connection anymore. I know I need to reach out, but I feel anxious about how to approach it. Please pray that I find the right words and that she is open to mending things. I really desire healing in my friendships and community, and I hope to restore that bond before too much time passes.
