Finding Peace in Anxiety

Life has felt overwhelming lately. With my kids adjusting to new routines and my mounting responsibilities at work, anxiety has become a constant companion. I find myself worrying about everything, whether it’s my health or finances, and it’s just exhausting. I had to put off a doctor’s appointment for months because I haven’t had the time, and I feel guilty about that. I’m really trying to trust that God has a plan for us, but some days it’s hard to see past the worries. I’d appreciate prayers for peace of mind and the ability to lean into my faith during these anxious moments.
