Finding Peace in Anxiety

There's so much swirling in my head right now, and it's hard to find a moment of calm. This week has been especially rough; I've been dealing with constant anxiety about my son’s upcoming surgery on Thursday. I know it’s necessary, but the fear of the unknown is suffocating. Also, work has been overwhelming, with deadlines looming and projects piling up, leaving me feeling like I’m barely treading water. I really need peace of mind and to trust that God has a plan through all this chaos. Please pray for clarity and comfort as I navigate these anxious times, and that I can lean on my faith instead of my worries.
