Finding Peace Amidst Anxiety

Life has been feeling overwhelming lately. Between trying to manage my mortgage, unexpected medical bills that have shot up to about $3,500, and helping my kids with school—every little thing piles up. Honestly, I can barely sleep at night without my mind racing. I keep telling myself everything will work out, but the worries feel like they keep creeping back in, especially when I think about the job opportunities that keep falling through. It's so hard not to spiral into fear with thoughts of financial instability looming. I’m trying to take it one day at a time, but some days I just feel the weight of the world on my shoulders. I want to trust that God has a plan for me and my family, but I’m struggling to let go of that anxiety and find real peace. There’s a part of me that knows I have to lean into this uncertainty and wait on His timing, but I just need support through this heaviness.
