Facing Health Challenges

I’ve been battling with some serious health problems, specifically ongoing high blood pressure and recent complications that have pushed me into making tough lifestyle changes. I know I need to get it under control, and I’m trying to adopt better habits, but it feels overwhelming at times. I have an appointment next week where I’ll hopefully get more answers on my meds, but honestly, I’m anxious about what the doctor might say. I've also been feeling pretty low mentally while dealing with all of this. I’d appreciate your prayers for clarity, strength, and a boost in my motivation to stick with the changes. Thank you so much.
