Facing Anxiety and Uncertainty
I’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately, and it seems like anxiety has taken the front seat in my life. With my recent health scare and the looming uncertainty about what’s next, I find myself waking up at night, heart racing, unable to shake off that feeling of dread. I’m trying to navigate these emotions, but the worry feels heavy. There are days when the future appears so unclear, and I struggle to find peace.
