Struggling with My Health

I've been going through a really tough time with my health. For the last three months, chronic pain in my lower back has made it nearly impossible for me to enjoy simple things, like taking walks or even just standing up for too long. My doctor mentioned physical therapy last week, but I'm honestly overwhelmed with how long everything seems to be taking. The waiting and frustration have been almost as hard as the pain itself. I know this sounds crazy, but there are days I feel like I'm just drained, both physically and emotionally. I sometimes wonder if I’ll ever feel normal again. And on top of that, my blood pressure has been all over the place, so they want to put me on medication. I’m hesitant and feeling anxious about the potential side effects. Please pray for relief from this pain, and that God guides me in the decisions I need to make regarding treatment. It feels like a heavy burden, and some days it’s discouraging. I appreciate any thoughts or prayers you can send my way; it feels good knowing there's support out there.
