Struggling with Family Challenges

My family has been through so much recently, and I'm feeling the weight of it all. My daughter, Emily, started high school this year, and it’s been tougher than I anticipated. She’s been really struggling with anxiety, especially with all the social pressures. Honestly, it breaks my heart to see her feeling so overwhelmed. We’ve been trying to create a safe space for her to express herself, but I know she needs more support. I asked her if she wanted to see a counselor, and she hesitated. Prayers for her courage and clarity would mean the world. On top of that, my husband and I have had some ups and downs lately. I think we’re both feeling the stress, and it’s hard to connect like we used to. Our schedules are chaotic, and I sometimes wonder if we’re communicating effectively. I just want to find that spark again. Also, my aging parents need more help as they navigate their health issues, and it’s overwhelming trying to juggle everything. It feels like our family is pulled in so many directions. I’m praying for unity and strength as we work through these challenges together.
