Seeking Clarity in Career Changes

I've been feeling really unsettled at work lately, and honestly, it's quite overwhelming. After 15 years in the same role, I’m wrestling with whether to stay or pursue new opportunities that feel more aligned with my passions. There’s a job opening I’m considering that could really be a fresh start, but I'm anxious about the transition and whether it would be the right decision for me.
