Facing Health Challenges Together

I've been battling chronic back pain for the last two years, and it's been exhausting. The doctors are saying we may need to consider surgery if physical therapy doesn’t work out, but honestly, the thought of that terrifies me. On top of it all, I recently found out that my blood pressure is creeping into an alarming range, which has added to my anxiety. I feel frustrated because I can’t do the simple things anymore, and it’s draining my hope. Next week, I have an appointment to discuss my options, and I could really use some prayers for clarity and peace about whatever path we decide to take. It’s tough feeling so vulnerable and overwhelmed, but I know I need to trust in a bigger plan. My family is supportive, but I’m worried about how all this is affecting them, especially with the holidays coming up. I guess I just want to feel more hopeful and less afraid.
