Struggles with Chronic Pain

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed lately. For the past few months, the chronic pain in my back has been really debilitating, making it hard to keep up with everyday tasks. It's exhausting, and honestly, I'm getting a little desperate for relief. I've been to the doctor and they've recommended physical therapy; my first session is next week. I’m worried about how that will go, and I'm really hoping for the best outcome. If you could keep me in your prayers for healing and strength to get through this phase, I'd be so grateful. I know there’s a way forward, but I need some encouragement right now.
