Seeking Strength and Healing

I’ve been struggling with debilitating anxiety for months now, and it’s reaching a point where it impacts my daily life. I know it sounds crazy, but some days it feels like I can't even get out of bed. I’ve got a doctor's appointment next Thursday that I'm hoping will give me more clarity or options. Honestly, I’m feeling overwhelmed balancing everything and just need some peace. My goal is to manage it better so I can be present for my family and not miss out on life's moments.
