Seeking Strength Amid Health Struggles

I'm feeling really overwhelmed right now. For the past month, I've been dealing with some pretty severe fatigue and chest pains that just won't go away. I've tried to push through, but it's like there's a weight on my chest that’s hard to shake off. I visited my doctor last week, and I have some tests scheduled for Wednesday, which has me anxious. It’s hard to juggle everything when I’m not at my best. Please pray for clarity and healing as I navigate this. I also need strength to keep my spirits up, especially with so much going on around me.
