Seeking Peace Amidst Anxiety

Things have been feeling really heavy for me lately. I’m grappling with this overwhelming sense of anxiety about what’s next in my life. Honestly, it’s been hard to shake the fear of uncertainty that seems to creep in at night. With my daughter moving out next month and changes at work looming, it feels like a lot to handle. I keep praying for clarity and peace, but some days are harder than others. I’d appreciate your prayers for calmness in my heart and trust that God has a plan for these transitions. Just hoping to find some peace of mind in this whirlwind.
